A Scope You Can Defend
Feature triage that separates what proves the business from what decorates it, written down so the trade-offs stay visible when deadlines press.
Services
Go from idea to a product real users can pay for. We scope ruthlessly, build the core, and ship in weeks, not quarters.
A minimum viable product is not a cheap version of the real thing. It is the smallest build that can take a paying customer and teach you something true about the market. Most of the cost in a first version goes into features nobody asked for, so the discipline that matters is subtraction.
We scope against one question: what has to exist before someone can pay you? Everything else waits for evidence. That is what makes it possible to launch in weeks rather than quarters, and what stops version two becoming a rewrite of version one.
What you get
Feature triage that separates what proves the business from what decorates it, written down so the trade-offs stay visible when deadlines press.
The core flows as something you can click through and show people, before a line of production code is committed to them.
Real authentication, real payments, real data, deployed to infrastructure you own. Not a demo with a login screen painted on.
We stay through release and the weeks after, when the things you could not have predicted surface.
How it runs
Four stages, each with something you can see at the end of it. No phase runs longer than the evidence that it is working.
Start a projectWe take the idea apart and rebuild it as the shortest path to a paying user. You will hear the word no, with a reason attached.
Core flows made clickable, so the expensive disagreements happen over a prototype rather than over finished code.
A working demo every week. Fixed scope where scope can be fixed, and an honest conversation the moment something is not going to fit.
Ship to real users, instrument what matters, and decide the next increment from what they actually do.
Proof

We built SocialStudio.ai to collapse a month of Instagram production into a single flow: describe an idea, get generated copy and matching designs back in seconds, refine them against brand templates, and publish direct to Instagram on a schedule.

We built both sides of a DACH hiring marketplace: curated, filterable opportunity discovery for international candidates, and a recruiter workspace that turns inbound interest into a tracked pipeline with scheduling, screening tasks and structured candidate intelligence.

We built the Dutch marketplace where organisers book event furniture, equipment and on-site services against real dates: availability-aware inventory, an iDEAL checkout that survives the round trip to a banking app, and role-scoped dashboards for both sides of the transaction.
Questions
Small enough that one person can describe it in a sentence, and complete enough that a stranger can pay for it. If a feature does not serve that second test, it belongs in the next release.
Not if it is built properly. Scoping tightly is about what you build, not how well. We use the same architecture and practice on a first version as on a funded product, which is what keeps version two an extension rather than a restart.
You do, throughout. The repository, the cloud accounts and the decisions are yours from the first commit. There is no lock-in and nothing is held hostage.
That is the point of launching early, and it is a cheaper answer than a year of building. We would rather tell you the scope is wrong before we build it than after.
